Marina is the Director of PROFILE Coaching Ltd. She has 30 years experience in organisational development. She has certified over 45 professionals with Extended DISC psychometric profiling. She is a certified practitioner of 3 psychometric profiling tools. Marina herself is certified by HR Profiling Australasia and has been a Master Trainer with them since 2019.
Marina is also an active professional coach and works in organisations around NZ to provide 1-1 coaching and team development coaching. Her clients have included KiwiRail, TotalLife.co, Viastrada, Ravensdown Fertiliser, Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and Spa and many more.
